We’re not the cheapest plumber on the listing. We’re the one who arrives when we say, invoices what we quoted, and hands over work that doesn’t break in 6 months. For international clients with a second home — the majority of our book — that difference is what matters.
How do we work?

Frequently asked questions
Is the water on the Costa del Sol very hard? Yes, especially in zones supplied from La Concepción reservoir and some wells. Limescale affects heaters, boilers, washing machines, taps. We recommend a softener in villas if you plan to stay for many years — it pays for itself in 5–8 years of appliance maintenance.
How do I know if I have a hidden leak? Symptoms: water bill rising without more consumption, damp patches on wall or ceiling, sound of water running when everything’s closed, a hot tile over underfloor heating where it shouldn’t be. Close the main stopcock, watch the meter: if it spins, leak confirmed.
Electric water heater or gas boiler? Electric heater is cheaper to buy and maintain, but hot water is slow (recovery time) and electricity shows on the bill. Gas boiler (condensing) gives instant hot water, heating if you have it, and consumes less for households of 3+ people. For holiday lets with 2 people, an electric heater is justified.
Do you work with insurance? Yes. We give a written report detailing cause, materials and labour so your insurer (Mapfre, Mutua, AXA, Generali) reimburses if you have cover.
Warranty? 1 year on labour, 2 years on new installations. Equipment (heaters, boilers, softeners) carries manufacturer warranty (2–5 years).
Do you serve owners living in the UK / Germany / Sweden? Yes, that’s our main client profile. We have a bilingual team and an English-speaking project manager who coordinates jobs with you even if you’re out of the country. If there’s a fault in your home while you’re abroad, your administrator or neighbour lets us in, we intervene, we send you a photographic report and invoice by email. No need to catch a flight.
