Reformas Costa Sol is a renovation company based on the Costa del Sol. We work on private homes, residents' associations, second homes and commercial premises across Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmádena and surrounding municipalities.
One simple idea underpins the business: a single point of accountability from the first call to handover. Our own team handles the core trades; anything we don't do in-house goes to trusted subcontractors we've worked with for years — vetted, insured and coordinated by us, never an unknown crew you've never met. That's how we keep quality under control and respond quickly when something on site needs adjusting.

Site survey
We come to the property the same week — measure, take photos and understand the real scope of the build.
Fixed-price quote
In writing, with itemised costs, timelines and a fixed price. Available in Spanish or English.
Build
Our team and our trusted trades on site, coordinated day to day. Weekly report and progress photos sent through without you having to ask.
Turnkey handover
Walk-through with the owner, snagging review and full handover of all project documentation.
Documented warranty
5-year workmanship guarantee (LOE) and 1 year on finishes. In writing, with public liability insurance.

A core team of permanent tradespeople handles the main trades. For specialist work we bring in trusted subcontractors we've used for years — vetted, insured and coordinated by us, never an unknown crew. Either way, every project keeps a single point of accountability from start to finish.
Master builders and tradesmen
Bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters and carpenters — a core team on staff, backed by trusted specialist subcontractors when a job calls for it. Years of experience on the Costa del Sol and ongoing training in current materials and techniques.
English-speaking project manager
Built for international owners who don't live in Spain year-round. Coordinates the build, translates plans and quotes, and handles questions in English directly with the client.
Bilingual site coordinator
Bridges the trades and the client. Any change or adjustment on site gets decided on the spot, without middlemen or long email chains.

Registered Spanish contractor
We are a registered construction company with public liability insurance and the 5-year workmanship guarantee required by the Spanish Building Code (LOE). All legal and tax documentation is provided before the build starts, alongside the written fixed-price quote.
We operate from Coín, in the Valle del Guadalhorce, and travel across the entire Costa del Sol. We don't run a public-facing office — the first meeting takes place at your property, free of charge and with no obligation.
