Service Agreement
- These terms govern the provision of renovation services by Reformas Costa Sol
 - By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions
 - All projects require a signed contract before work commences
 - Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
 - Changes to agreed work scope require written approval and may affect pricing
 
Payment Terms
- Payment schedule will be outlined in your project contract
 - Typically 30% deposit required before work commences
 - Progress payments due at specified project milestones
 - Final payment due upon project completion and client satisfaction
 - Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in contract
 - We accept bank transfers, cash, and major credit cards
 
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
 - Ensure access to the property during agreed working hours
 - Remove or protect personal belongings before work commences
 - Obtain necessary permissions for work in community properties
 - Provide utility access (electricity, water) as required for the work
 - Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
 
Our Responsibilities
- Complete work according to agreed specifications and timeline
 - Use appropriate materials and professional workmanship
 - Maintain necessary insurance and professional licenses
 - Clean work areas daily and remove debris upon completion
 - Provide warranty on workmanship as specified in contract
 - Communicate progress and any issues that arise during work
 
Warranties and Guarantees
- We provide 5-year warranty on structural work and major installations
 - 2-year warranty on interior work including painting and tiling
 - 1-year warranty on minor repairs and maintenance work
 - Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures
 - Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
 - Warranty claims must be reported in writing within reasonable time
 
Limitations and Exclusions
- We are not liable for delays due to weather, permit issues, or force majeure
 - Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits where required
 - We are not liable for damage to items not properly protected by client
 - Liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project
 - We recommend comprehensive insurance coverage for major renovation projects
 - Changes requested during work may affect completion dates and costs
 
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes:
- We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
 - Mediation services may be used before formal legal proceedings
 - Spanish law governs all contracts and disputes
 - Jurisdiction for legal matters is the courts of Málaga, Spain
 
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated to existing clients and posted on our website.
